NARRATIVE
Twin Flame is a bar made for young adults looking for love as a concept project during my time at SCAD. This business will be located in downtown Austin, TX. An app and RFID bracelet is how customers can purchase drinks, reserve rooms and find love, unless they’re a +1. It has a mid-century modern style with a very modern flare. Sexy, classic and fun, our services include craft beer, wine and cocktails with hors d'oeuvres changing per season at the chefs request.
PROCESS WORK
Creating a business model was the main objective for this project while also developing a full brand from logo, aesthetic, advertising as well as a pitch presentation, business plan/model and real research with finical budgets to ask investors to make a deal. After updating my portfolio, the adjustments made to this project will not be reflected in the process book. I have created a new look for this brand, logo, mockups, ad's and I will be adding an additional app for this project.

PURPOSE
This is a business plan model & bar made for young adults who need safe environments to find love and creates a space for meeting IRL with security in mind.
Due to the lack of safety in the bar scene and the active members on dating apps, there was a perfect gap for creating a social environment made for people finding love IRL.
Eliminating swiping and activating real conversations. To ensure safety, I developed an RFID bracelet that must be worn for entry and allows daters to find each other while in the bar. Twin Flame has a personal app, made specifically with syncing your likes, dislikes, snacks and drink orders all in one place. The app is made to simplify the dating process and still have fun with real interactions. Finding out simple preferences before approaching someone is much easier to read than experiencing it.
The safety of this bar includes high security, rideshare partnerships, and a strict no harassment policy. Previous offenders and complaints will be added to your profile and excluding you from making additional profiles and entering any of our bars. A background check is required before you can attend, and once there are no serious offenses, all of your public information and ID is added to your profile. Not seen by the members, but in our security system. As a +1, a member must add you to their profile before entering an event, allowing us to check ID's without making them an additional member. No RFID will be given to a +1 unless that customer creates their own profile and goes through the process.
We are committed to a no pressure experience for those who want to find love and promise to stay true to the core values of honesty, transparency and the enjoyment of a night out. Always bringing quality drinks and safe service to the fore front of our bar.
You've had horrible dating experiences with scary moments that left you feeling quiet hopeless that there's anyone out there. Lots of blocking, ghosting on both sides and you're tried of dating apps. If there was a way to meet someone IRL, you'd take that chance over swiping.
There's a new bar in town, with safety first and exclusive perks, live music and requires a background check. On a night out with friends filled with good music, great food and amazing drinks, you catch the eye of someone who has a bi-flag RFID bracelet. You're bracelet is the straight ally flag, and you're not against someone else having other preferences. So you take a chance, and walk over to them at the bar.
They're nicer than you expected and you offer them a drink. They excuse themselves to the restroom and you search their name in the Twin Flame app. There's no instant red flags and their socials look active and pretty fun. This could be the beginning of something special, and by the end of the night, you grab an uber using the TF app, ensuring no drunken drives homes. They say, " I hope I can see you again" and you agree, smiling all the way home.
